I bought a defective apple pencil with a hole in it’s nib.
i recently bought a apple pencil and didn’t recognise that one of the nib was different from the other. I thought it was supposed to be like that untill I searched online and knew for sure it was not the case. But the apple costumer care people refused to change it as they think i made that hole somehow. what can i do?
