Live Photo Sound

How do I hear the sound of live photos when viewing them on icloud.com? Videos saved to icloud play sound but not the live photos.

iPhone XS Max, iOS 12.1

The live photo button is showing. Again, this is on icloud.com on a computer. The live video portion will play but no sound. Sound does come from videos on icloud.com on a computer and when live photos are viewed on an iphone. Do you understand my issue now?

Yes, iCloud.com

when you view it, there is not showing the live circle ?

what happens if you download one to your computer? Does it show live viewing?

press and hold the photo, then you hear sound and see movement.

make sure your volume is turn up.

This is on my pc on icloud.com. So I am pressing the live photo button. Volume is all the way up. Like I mentioned, I can hear sound from videos but not live photos.
