I have an iPhone X. When using the camera, all of the pi’s hare dull and washed out. They also all has a pink/purple/orange hue to them. Anyone else have the problem? Any solutions? HELP!!!

camera smudge/coating defect? hi, the wide angle camera on my phone seem to have a weird smudge which does not go away. it does wipe off when using a cloth but whenever something touches it, the smudge comes back with the exact same shape. looks like something wrong with the coating that must have been put on the wide angle camera. see the images below:

Support team is saying it’s a user issue when it is very clear that it’s an issue with the product/manufacturing. Case ID 101607706484. Please resolve.
