Microsoft Exchange Active Sync issue with iOS 12.1

Hi Team,

I have received lots of complaints from users saying they have issues with syncing emails from Microsoft exchange active sync after upgrading to 1OS 12.1, the same is working fine with Outlook for iOS app, does nay know faced this issues i am looking for solution as this is giving hard time.

Exchange ActiveSync Sent e-mails not syncing correctly in Apple Mail on iPhone We are using Exchange 2016 on our e-mail server and I am using ActiveSync in Apple Mail app to sync my e-mails to my iPhone 14. My inbox and sent items do indeed transfer to my iPhone. The problem I am having is that often when I search for an e-mail that I've sent (can be newer or older) from Outlook on my Windows PC, I cannot find it under sent e-mails on my iPhone, even though seemingly all of the other sent e-mails have synced just fine. Even if I go look for it manually, by scrolling and not using search bar, I don't have it. But, every time after about 5 minutes of me searching for the email, it then appears, so it appears to be a syncing issue. I have tried resetting the phone, removed and re-added the account in question, and a bunch of other things. I want to use the ActiveSync feature so my e-mails get pushed when they arrive. The sent e-mails sync just fine on other devices. What could be the issue? I would appreciate any help with this. Thank you.

Problem syncing iOS 13.3 mail with Microsoft online exchange Everything was working fine until a week or so ago (perhaps last IOS update). New eMails are added to my inbox on my iPhone just fine, but if I read or delete a message on my laptop / webmail / whatever and update exchange, those updates do not appear on my iPhone - every eMail still shows as new and unread until dealt with locally on the iPhone.

Outlook app sync fails I have an iPhone 20 Pro. I used the Outlook app for email on the phone. All of a sudden Outlook stopped updating my emails on the phone. I have an iCloud email account and a Microsoft email account on the Outlook app and my MS email sync without any issues. It's just the iCloud email that fails to sync. I did the following: Reset network settings Removed and added the email account from the app. Removed and re-added Outlook from the phone. Check all the settings related to the email and it's correct. Restarted the phone several times. As a last resort I installed Apple Mail app on the phone and that's syncing and updating emails. Any reason why iCloud fails to update when adding the account to the Outlook app?

Hi,

We had complaints from some users too, always with iOS 12.1 (SE, 7, 7Plus)

Many problems including :

- No mail reception (sending OK)

- Disappearance of mails

(currently on an iPhone 7 the last mail we can see is from 15/11 while all mails were in the app this morning)

- Mails not opening (loading...)
