I want to have a copy of all my songs (30GB) on iDrive. I already use Time Machine on an external HD, but you know, sometimes HD dies. In this way, I'll have an iTunes library copy directly on iCloud.
Any technical problems to do it?

To be clear... while these files can be stored on iCloud Drive, iTunes and the Music app will not read them from the iCloud Drive or be able to play them. Storage only.

You shouldn't store app folders, libraries, or .tmp files in iCloud Drive.
It is not clear to me.
Files are always on local in my Mac. On I drive is always a copy.
And iTunes will point to the local folder.
