Fake Apple and other pop-ups on Chrome

I had this issue once before and fixed it with Etre Check, but I followed the same steps and this time, it's not working.


I am getting annoying fake popups while browsing in Chrome (fake Apple websites, etc.) I've cleared my cookies and cache, run EtreCheck and it hasn't found anything. Ran the code Linc Davis had posted in another forum, and came up with this. One Drive, Dropbox, ShipStation and Spotify are all legitimate, and I use the Adobe Creative suite every day for work, so I think those are fine too.

If anyone can spot the malware that would be super helpful. So frustrating my previous fix is no longer working!

In the third screen shot try moving the 4 files below google keystone to your Desktop, restart the computer and test.


You can also scan for adware/malware using Malwarebytes.
