Redownload unavailable - family sharing problem
Hello, I have had a problem with family sharing throughout the time that I have had an Apple Id (over 4 years now). I am part of a family sharing with my husband. When I try and download an app that my husband has bought, this error message appears:
- App sharing is enabled in our family group.
- The apps were not refunded or canceled. My husband can still download them.
- Even trying to download free apps that he has downloaded will prompt this message to appear.
- Most fixes mention the need to sign out and sign in to my Apple Id or various fixes of similar natures. I have tried that and it doesn't work.
- In addition to this... I also have had multiple phones and an Ipad and the problem consistently appears with my Apple ID across each device.
