Safari and block pop-ups

Safari and block pop-ups

Im running Mojave 10.14.1 and Safari 12.1. Under prefences - Safety - I cannot find the pop-up window anymore. How is it now possible to block pop-ups??

As I wrote, the pop-up window is missing. There are only 2 windows: "Warning of suspicious contents" and "activating Java" - nothing else.
