Do you use a glass screen protector?
Take it off.
These new iPad Pro models with the new liquid retina display do not like ANY type of screen protector on the screen.
Touch response is poor with any type of applied screen protector.
And the unresponsiveness affects halve the screen, did you notice?
It is intermittent for a few seconds, as described so often?
Anyway, I’ll try to replicate this now.
well it did seem like if the right side is unresponsive, i was more likely to be able to swipe on the left, but not every time and i only thought to try because i had seen your earlier posts
I hear you. Sadly ios downgrades aren't allowed through legitimate means. It should be as simple as restoring a backup
Yeah sounds fair .. and don't rock up with a device on beta because that gives them an out.
Using the old iphone charger is unworkable, instead of charging it in hours, it will take days.
No,
I believe what Apple called the iPad Pro was a “Super” ( as in “neat”, “cool”, “different” ) computer.
NOT “Supercomputer” implying it is like a Cray Supercomputer.
Context is everything.
Tap the Following button until it says Follow.
Good luck. Let us know if the problem reoccurs.
I’m having this issue, but only when the Smart Keyboard case is attached!
Mine is the latest generation iPad Pro 12.9”.
I'm heading into the Apple Store next weekend for my third replacement.
Let's hope the fourth device is the charm.
Then, we all know now that this is not a static electricity issue.
That was quick!
Thanks for reporting that.
That is what my mom has, too!
She is in her 70’s, but she is very active and active with her hands so her pain level is very minimal.
She has had this condition for the past 25 years, or so.
You'll either get a new device or an Apple refurbished device in a non-decript box.
Apple refurbished/repaired iPads get repaired internals, but new screen and back and new battery.
This did not help at all, sadly.
To all here.
Here is yet another angle and series of new questions.
Do any of you here have excessively dry skin/dry hands/fingers/fingertips?
Do any of you use any type of hand lotions/moisturisers?
