Where Is Shuffle On Apple Watch?

I keep looking for shuffle when playing music from my Apple Watch.

Every instruction I found says to force touch while playing a track, a sub menu will open, and you can choose shuffle… However, this does not work for me. The only option is airplay when I force touch.

Can ANYONE shuffle from their Apple Watch, because I sure can't. The official support website, as well as many web pages and youtubes, show the ability to shuffle your music using Apple Watch... And yet the options they describe and show appear not to exist. When you hard press on the play screen the only thing that pops up is Air Play... and that's it. I even talked to Apple Support. The dude couldn't do it on his watch either, and couldn't find any documentation. Doesn't anyone else want to shuffle?

Music Shuffle on Apple Watch (Series 3) not working I know how to play my playlists on my cellular version of a series 3 apple watch. I do it regularly. I have 2 issues: I have to tell the watch every day I wear it that I prefer to shuffle. It doesn't remember my preference to shuffle and even though I haven't restarted the apple watch, it still won't shuffle unless I specifically tell it to (by selecting the small menu button on lower left off screen that shows the current playing song, waiting for the options menu to appear, then selecting either repeat, or shuffle or both). Very often, I cannot even bring up the shuffle./repeat option screen. when I select the small menu button on lower left of screen, I get a spinning circle, which looks like it is going to load the options screen, but times out and doesn't load. Many attempts doesn't solve the problem. Restarting the watch does not always help (sometimes it does). It's a frustration that I'd like to solve. Any tips?

Shuffling of Workout Playlist on Apple Watch I have a playlist set to automatically play when I start my workout. Is there a way to set this playlist to automatically shuffle, too?
