Hi! I recently bought a MacBook Air and I have some updates from the AppStore. The problem is that, when I want to update them, the following message appears: "This update is not available for this AppleID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled". Can you please tell me what to do in order to fix this? Thank you for your help
MacBook Air (2018 or later)
Go to the App Store Purchases tab to see if there is an option for you to accept the applications. If the applications are Apple applications, such as Pages and Numbers, you can delete them and download them using your Apple ID.
