Hello I have problem with the updating apps from App Store . Every time when I am trying update some apps its asking me previous phone owners password. I don't know why. But when I am downloading the new app it allows me with my Apple ID

I don't know how to solve this problem

You will have to delete any app that asks for the previous owner's password, and then re-purchase it (or re-install it if it was free) under your own Apple ID.
