com.apple.commerce.client error 500

My MacBook Pro 13" has just come back from the SSD repair program (https://www.apple.com/support/13-inch-macbook-pro-solid-state-drive-service-program/) with the latest version of Mojave.

Now, AppStore doesn't let me to sign in or download anything, I'm receiving the message of "com.apple.commerce.client error 500".

I have tried to restore the system (re-installing the latest version), using a test user and to connect on different Wi-Fi's. Also contacted to Apple Customer Service numerous times.

Have anyone been able to fix this problem yet?

Ho avuto lo stesso problema e ho provato diverse volte solo a disconnetterti e in arrivo dalle preferenze di iCloud, non ha funzionato. Dopo pochi tentativi ho cancellato i seguenti file e finalmente potuto avviare AppStore e scaricare app, questi file sono in Librerie.

com.apple.appstore.commerce.plist

com.apple.appstore.plist

com.apple.appstored.plist

com.apple.commerce.configurator.plist

com.apple.commerce.knownclients.plist

com.apple.commerce.plist

Spero che questo possa funzionare per te.

this is my first apple product due to the fact that apple is so confusing but my best friends all have them so I decided to give it a try and ask my parent for a Mac and it was convent because my birthday was June 2 and I received it yesterday.and turns out I was right apple is hard to deal with but their are major benefits but honestly I don't get the difference between Samsung and apple before this device all my devices were Samsung sure it was also advanced but it was much easier to understand
