Problems with student's subscription

Hi!


I'm a student and recently I confirmed my status to renew my student subscription. Unfortunatelly, my app doesn't see any changes and suggests me to choose a plan again and agian. You may see screenshots of the error below.


Could you kindly help me with this situation?

Hello Polli2006,


I see that you have recently verified your eligibility for renewing your Student subscription to Apple Music, but you are repeatedly prompted within the app to select a subscription plan.


To start, check out the section in this article titled "On your Android device:"


Get an Apple Music Student subscription


If working through that process doesn't resolve the issue, you'll want to check on the status of your subscription to ensure it is an active Student membership. This article explains how to do so on whichever device is easiest for you:

If the steps provided in the article above don't work, please follow the above resource in the section titled "If you still can’t view your subscription."
