When using the Gallery Shortcut “FaceTime Loved Ones” or any FaceTime Action in a Shortcut gets an Invalid App error

Hi all, trying to create an easy Shortcut for my mom on her iPad to easily FaceTime my wife and I with a single home screen icon. Using a stock Shortcut from the Gallery “FaceTime Loved Ones,” I added a unique name in the Contact’s Notes, which it correctly presents as a list when I run the shortcut and correctly finds the contact. It prompts me “Ready to call [name] at [phone number] Do you want to start the video chat?” I hit ok, and I get the error mentioned in the title. The iPad is up to date in 12.1.4, her iPhone is also up to date I have tested this pre and post the fixes for the group time bug, and I can also make FaceTime calls on the iPad manually, to the same recipients but cannot using the shortcut

Any thoughts are appreciated

I also experienced the same issue when I created a shortcut simply containing a Contacts followed by a FaceTime action. The same problem exists when I replace the FaceTime with the Call action but a Send Message action is okay. Could a support person please confirm whether it is a bug in Shortcuts so I'll just wait for a fix instead to trying to determine if my setup is wrong.
