Macbook Pro Missing Startup Drive

I started having an issue with a mid 2014 MacBook Pro (A1502 EMC 2875) a month or so ago. When I boot the computer a flashing folder icon with a "?" on it appears. I have tried to restore the OS through internet recovery but the main partition is missing. The only drive I can see in disk utility is disk0 with a globe icon over it and the system recovery volume. disk0 is only showing a total capacity of 1.3Gb.

I did manage to get it to boot once after doing an NVRAM reset. I was able to get into disk utility and see the startup drive. Shortly after boot up I got the spinning wheel and tried to reboot. I have not been able to get the computer to boot since then.
