I bought my apple watch 4 in the UAE but live in the UK. I have updated my watch and phone but dont get the ECG app, how can I sort this?

If your Watch was purchased in the UAE region, it’s tied to the model number and cannot be changed. You’ll just have to wait til that region supports the ECG function or purchase an Apple Watch in the UK region.
Its the first time that I have issues with an Apple product that I bough abroad, and still don't understand the restrictions. You have to be in UAE to set up the ECG app in the watch?
That’s not correct. You model number needs to be A2007 or A2008 to work in Europe or Hong Kong for ecg. I suggest you have an A1975 A1976 or A1978 model. Which is sold in the USA. What model do you have?
They do work in the listed countries below. Which one you in? The Watch sold In those countries have restrictions built in to stop it being used. In those ones
Yes I believe you can do this. But will work untill there remove the restrictions and won’t work. Besides running the wrong region will have other issues with your iPhone and Watch. If this works for you fine.
