Battery draining with lid closed

Running a Mid 2014, Retina 13-inch MacBook pro. Not sure when it started happening but I used to be able to close my laptop lid and leave the laptops for days and weeks with minimal battery drain. Nowadays losing 20%+ each night. I've checked all my settings and I'm sure there is no powernap happening in the background.

There are a couple of old posts on this but no definitive solutions.

Can my fine online friends help me find a resolution? This has definitely been happening on Mojave (I'm at latest build), and it may have happened on 10.13.x (high sierra?) but not sure.

Lost another 9% between 7:30am and 7pm... any ideas?
