Turn off color management in Canon printer driver

I am editing photos using Capture One Pro and printing with a Canon Pro-100 printer (Mac OS X Mojave). I am trying to manage colors in Capture One and turn off color matching in the print driver. When I apply an ICC profile in Capture One before printing, the 'Color Matching' section of the print driver is grayed out. The 'ColorSync' option is still selected despite being grayed out.

What does this mean? Is it double profiling? Or does it know that I am applying a profile in the program and turn off the option in the driver? (I included an example image of what my driver looks like when grayed out - ignore that it is an Epson printer)

Thank you
