I"m trying to delete "top results.app" from my Mac and can't figure out how to do it.

Thanks for you help. Using Activity Monitor as suggested above quit it and then that allowed it to be deleted. Thank you!

This did the trick--find the magnifying glass in top menu bar and close and then move to trash. THANKS.

try this!!

Open >terminal (open finder and search for "Terminal"

cd Applications

rm -rf top*

It worked for me :-)

Launching the Activity Monitor under "Go" then "Utilities" worked! This has been driving me crazy...Thank you!
