Glitchy Apple Watch

Apple watch was submerged in a pool, now it's acting weird. Never had this problem before went swimming with it in a pool all last year. Now screen is unresponsive, screen goes black. I let power drain, recharged, everything seemed normal but screen still goes black once in a while. Put it on the charger for a few minutes, picked it up and it was working again??? Watch is just glitch all of the sudden.
