HP Envy Printer only printing code

HP Envy Printer only printing the below from my Mac

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

You can also try going to System Preferences/Printers & Scanners, then control - click in the left panel, and reset the printing system. Add back the printer.

Seems it thinks the Printer uses PostScript, if a Reinstall of the Driver doesn't work, see if there's a Generic PCL driver to choose.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've reinstalled the drive but not luck. will keep trying to resolve. Many thanks for your advise.
