Adding new folder in gmail on iPad
I am trying to add a new folder (which I was able to do not too long ago) but keep receiving the error message “unable to create mailbox—the mailbox couldn’t be created on the server “
please help!

Wow! Thank you for your quick reply, and I have resolved my issue!! I did have to open the gmail app...which seems a lot more intuitive. As you said, the mail app has respected my new folders!! Thanks 🙏
