Hello! I was recently updated to Mojave 10.14.5 and faced that problem. I also tried recovery mode and reinstalled OS. And eject all partitions but still face that problem. After I cleared NVRAM, normal boot is works for few minutes. But that problem appeared again. I taken hardware test, but there was not problem. I think I tried all the way. If you have any other solutions, please let me know.
