iTunes store artwork does not display album covers.

When I go to the iTunes store default page, it does not display artwork for the albums. There is some artwork in the banners, but not in the little squares. This is for Windows 10 64 bit iTunes. This iTunes was installed using the installer from Apple's website. I had reinstalled Windows 10 and installed from Apple's website. This Windows 10 install has never had the Microsoft store version of iTunes installed. This iTunes libraries was migrated from a previous install on the same device. My content restrictions are set to allow explicit lyrics. My iPhone displays artwork correctly. Just not on the Windows 10 64 bit iTunes. It used to display artwork. I think it just happened when I deleted the libraries and kept the artwork and music folder structure in the iTunes folder when backing up the iTunes folder during the Windows 10 clean install. I tried to delete everything, but the actual music and artwork folders and let iTunes rebuild the libraries from scratch. It still won't display artwork.

Thank you. That thread solved my problem. What I did was to right click the iTunes.exe and click the compatibility tab and click change high DPI settings. At the bottom I put a check mark in the override high DPI scaling behavior. Then on scaling performed by: System Enhanced.

I went to this location:

Then I clicked this:

Finally I clicked and selected this last and clicked "OK" and "Apply" and "OK" again and entered my administrator password:
