anyone else having a battery problem after last update???
I'm sure there are some people who are. I'm not. Use your iPhone for 72 hours then check Settings > Battery and see what processes/apps are using most of your battery. And check your battery health while you are there.
Talked to technical support. They ran phone analytics/diagnostics and told be that everything looks fine with my phone and battery. Told me the remaining option is to get a replacement battery. I told technical support that I just replaced the battery on 3/9/19 (7 months ago) and I don't think the battery is the issue. This feel on deaf ears. I read all the responses here and understand that it's most likely the IOS 13.1.2 update. However, for the sake of avoiding an argument, I have an appointment set-up tomorrow at an Apple Store to replace the battery at my cost. I'll update when I learn more.
Please do let us know if there’s and change or improvement in the battery behavior. In mu country we don’t even have Genius bars or Apple stores so I’m really hopeless at this point. With average usage and idle my XR lasts between 10-12 hours even the battery health been 100% after 6 months of purchase.
You don;'t have to dump either app and if you are using them that may be an accurate representation. Try deleting them and downloading them again and doing a forced restart of your iPhone before using your iPhone again.
I never for a reason had decided to buy a plus model instead of smaller screens because making the right decision to purchase a plus model was only just it’s satisfactory battery duration and even after experiencing the duration of battery duration was hats off remarkable but since these last 2 or even 3 updates it’s really annoying because of It and now even keeping a worry that it was not the reason to face a thing like this , that of battery duration will ever change such like this , after a update just done , like the last ones got done , even the phone gets warm even it’s not on normal temperature as it used to be on 2 of the sides one is the screen power off button on the right hand side and second is the volume buttons on the left , now will Apple come back up with a resolving of this what I’ve started facing before something worst may god forbid happens to device of mine
iPhone 6S, update 12.3.1 --not just battery draining, but battery will not charge from a lightening cable.
Any fixes??
iphone 6, same issues
Did an update for iOS 12.3.1 and battery last half a day.
My battery drops from 80% to 10% within 2 hours while it’s by my side without any use this is outrageous
I'm on 12.3.1, and it is still doing it. I haven't used the phone at all since I got up this morning at 6 am, when the battery was at 100%. It's 2:15 PM and it is now at 45%.
Same here since updating my iPad Pro, grrrr

Steady draining with no use whatsoever..
Here is 24 hours after a full charge with zero useage.
100% full charge 3.5 days ago with zero usage whatsoever. iPad is less than a year old. There is a major problem with iOS right now.
Every other time there was much Siri usage..
