Pre-Ordered Album Can't Download and Glitched My Apple Music.

So I pre ordered an album like 5-7 months ago and it just came out around a week ago. I just bought a new album that is already out but I couldnt download fully because a pop-up kept coming up saying "You have one or more pre orders available." (I forgot i pre ordered it at the time, and didn't download it at the time) So I went to my e-mail and found the pre order download link. I clicked it and wanted me to sign into my Apple id, so i did. But it didn't download so i retried like 3 more times,BUT it still didn't download. i also cant finish downloading the album i just currently bought. What should I do I already contacted apple, but they weren't much help. Should I just go to Spotify XD?
