apple id locked helppp

my grandpa had a stroke and can't remember his password to his Apple id and it has that lock on it so we can't get in, I also don't have a receipt since it was purchased years ago, what can I do? is there anything I can do?

Long wait for reset of Apple ID Password My mom forgot her Apple ID password. We tried to reset and was told we had to wait 3 days. After the 3 days, we were then told we had to wait 27 days. Then she thought she remembered it and now we are locked out of even trying. There is no way to actually contact the folks who work on Apple ID passwords. Is there any other way around this? I don't feel comfortable with my 79 year old mother being without a phone for the next month.

Password and apple id My grandma died not that long ago and we dont know the password to the i pad so we followed the instructions and used i tunes to reset it but then the other problem comes in we dont have any of her emails or passwords so we cant unlock it i thought about going to the apple store to see if they can unlock it but i dont have the recite sadly so i cant do much i dont know if they would unlock it i read all the help advices and I honestly dont know if i can go in without the recite and ask them to unlock it

Locked out of Apple ID My elderly mother has locked herself out of her Apple ID as she didn’t know her password. I am not currently Able to meet her, so I cannot help her. Can you help me change her Apple ID or password? Please

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

Make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.

They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.

Bring the original Apple receipt and your photo ID along.

If you do not have the receipt, Apple will not help.
