Logic board failure for MacBook air

My Logic board has failed for my 2017 MacBook Air 13.3 inch. The news says that Apple is replacing the same for free, but the support maintains that there is no such program. Has anyone had the same problem? Have you got any support from Apple yet??

MacBook Air logic board failure I've my MacBook Air for 1 year and 2 months, my warranty was only for 12 months, so i'm not in the warranty anymore. I was using my MacBook normally, out of the power, and suddenly it turned off and I started to smell a burnt coming from inside. I brought my device to my local Apple store to find the problem was logic board failure. After they told me the extortionate price to fix my MacBook. The problem is my device lasted just 1 year and 2 months... I don't know what to do.. I don't have the money and I need the mac for work. Logic Board Failure after OS update I was tring to update my macbook pro to BigSur 11.6 from 11.5 and after lot of downloading and installing error I finally completed process on the 5th go. And the next time I opend my mac its just a black brick, it only works after SMC restart. I visited the service center and the told that its Logic Board issue and need to change it. How this issues occurs after updation? Any thoughts?

I'm not aware of any free repair program for a MBAir Logic Board. Here is a current list of the publicly disclosed Apple free repair programs.

I had to take it for diagnostics to an apple centre.
