How to write complaint on Apple Store Managers

Where can I file a complain about 2 Apple Store Managers?


I had the absolute worst Apple Store customer service experience in a store in Southern California. Carissa and Matt (Store Managers) at the time of 6:40PM July 4th, 2019 were extremely incompetent, rude and abhorrent. 


I went in to the apple store to get my iPhone XS Max back camera replaced as dust had accumulated inside and there would be shown a black spot on the camera. When I returned to pick up my phone, there had be a line crack in the corner of my screen running down the side. Note, there was a small minor crack NOT on the display before I came in, but on the side corner of the iPhone (on the outer edge of the screen where the display and black border crosses, the crack was not effecting the display pixels in any way shape or form). I said I didn't have this big crack before coming in and the general technician employee first started saying it was my screen protector only. I took it off and showed her it was the actually display.


She brought here manager (Carissa) then Carissa started saying it was already there when that is a COMPLETE blatant lie. After insisting that only the corner edge was cracked not the actually display where pixels show, she told me that the technician who took my info, told me there could be a slight chance this could happen from when they are removing the display with a suction cup which was ANOTHER complete blatant lie. I was not told ANYTHING about this. She kept changing and changing her story. I politely asked if she could just replace my iPhone as they have literally made my iPhone 10x worse than coming in and I have heard such great stories of Apple customer service and they should be able to replace my iPhone without any hesitation, instead she had a nasty disgusting attitude something I haven't experience in 20 years of retail customer service. It was absolutely disgusting. At this point, I was already frustrated about them cracking my screen, but this took it above and beyond to a point where I was questioning her morale. She started calling my girlfriend and I names and started to go off tangent about things COMPLETELY irritated to Apple products, and about my girlfriends and I's physical features. She should not be working for Apple, yet alone any company even if it is retail. She genuinely needs to see psychiatric evaluation as she and (Matt) the white knight who tried standing up for her, after I started recording her to put on YouTube, Facebook, etc. 


End of story, I'm no longer mad about the screen crack as that can be easily replaced, but simply, the principle of the managers, BLATANTLY lying to my girlfriend's and I face, accusing us of something we didn't do, and being extremely rude to us for absolute no reason. This experience has had me no longer wanting to buy Apple products. Is there anything can be done about this injustice? For a trillion dollar company, I'd really expect some decency in their store managers.

Apple no longer has a feedback page for its retail stores. So I suggest you send a letter addressed to the store manager (store list) and copy Deirdre O’Brien, Senior Vice President, Retail + People at Apple's corporate headquarters:


Apple

One Apple Park Way

Attn: Deirdre O'Brien, SVP Retail + People

Cupertino, CA 95014


In your letter, make sure it's clear what you expect Apple to do to rectify the situation so that you can remain a satisfied customer.
