in itunes stores do not appear icons of albums or movie

I installed Itunes in a new computer with windows 10. when I open the "Store page" I don't see the icons with the images of the albums or the movies. Why? How do I solve the problem?

iTunes store artwork missing Hi, I have the latest update, but when I go to the iTunes Store both Movies & Music artwork don't appear. If you click on something on the following page the artwork does appear. This makes it hard to find something to purchase as I have to read the Title instead of just looking at the artwork. This issue just started recently, I'm running Windows 8.1 on an ASUS and have not had this issue before. I have all the artwork for items in my iTunes. Is my computer blocking something? I hadn't updated in a while when this issue started, after updating today I still have the same issue.
