Apple TV music always on shuffle

In the past week or so the Music App on my Apple TV is shuffling every album I add to a playlist. The shuffle is not turned on, I’ve restarted the ATV repeatedly and finally reset it. Problem continues. Any suggestions? I am a paid subscriber to Apple Music.

Apple Music on Apple TV Keeps Shuffling Team, I have a few Apple TV 4K's in the house, one with the new Siri Remote, and another with the older 'trackpad' touch remote control. For some reason whenever streaming Apple Music, all songs on an Album just keep shuffling even though the feature is turned OFF. I have also Googled and saw a discussion about this from the Apple Community a few years ago; the suggested fix was to tell Siri on the remote to 'stop shuffling music.' That suggestion does NOT work. All devices are up to date and on current tvOS. Any other thoughts? This is highly annoying, appreciate answers or suggestions!

Apple TV Computer app shuffle Using the Computer app on an Apple TV and Home Sharing a music library from my computer. If I select an artist with multiple albums and then pick Shuffle, it shuffles my entire library, not the albums/songs of the selected artist. Latest unit and latest OS installed. I've used this feature in the past, but don't know when it stopped functioning. Is this a bug in the Apple TV OS? I can't find any settings that give one any control over this.

Strange “Apple Music” behaviour on Apple TV 4K I have connected the Apple TV to my amplifier with a hdmi and hdmi from the amplifier. when listening to music on the Apple Music app the song very often starts playing on the left channel. To get music on the right (all channels) I have to move the time bar a second back or forward!?! same thing happens when it skips to the next song. I have tried to switch off the amp, changed settings on the amp during the song without any change. The only way to get sound to all channels is to use the time bar… The Apple TV has been reinstalled without any luck to solve it. Any ideas on a solution?

I see you are having some issues with the Music app on your Apple TV device shuffling music even when that control is not engaged on the screen. You may want to take a look at this thread where the same issue was reported as solved.

If this is an Apple TV unit with Siri capability, you might try telling Siri to "stop music shuffle" via the mic built into the remote.
