Replacement of faulty screen

My iPhone X has multiple green and purple lines. I read an article that iPhone will replace these screens in certain phones due to manufacture error. How do I go about filing a claim?

Why wont apple repair my defective iphone? My iphone x appeared with a defective screen recently, and apple refuses to exchange/ repair the problem, even though it was not my fault. Given the defect appeared after the cutoff window for their program, but it doesn't excuse the selling of a defective product and not fixing it.

You go to an Apple store for service or contact Apple support.
