Apple TV 4 has problems with Amazon Prime
I have the Amazon Prime app on my Apple TV 4. I have IOS 12.3 on that device. I am an Amazon Prime user, and I cannot view Season 7 & Season 8 of the TV Series THE PRACTICE. I always get the error codes 5004 or 9345. I have been reporting this problem to Amazon Prime Video since mid February 2019 when this first started to occur, and they refuse to do anything about this problem. I spoke to an Apple Care specialist about this problem, and she had the same error code when she tried to view those two seasons. Amazon Prime adverftises that Seasons 1-8 are available on Amazon Prime of THE PRACTICE, but they are not. Only Seasons 1-6 are available on the Apple TV 4. I can see those seasons on my iMac using a broswer, but that is not how I want to view those videos. Amazon says they are creating a ticket and they will report this problem to tech support, but they have been saying this since February 2019, and the problem is not resolved. HELP? When I try to open season 7 or 8 of THE PRACTICE on Amazon Prime App, there is only a blank box with the words at the top of the screen on my TV that indicates it is Season 7 or Season 8 of THE PRACTICE. With Seasons 1-6 there is a picture of Bobby with the words THE PRACTICE in the box, but for seasons 7 & 8, the box is blank.
