Cannot sync my music

How do you get your music to sync with your iPhone? When I click on the screen I keep getting the message "iPhone can access your icloud music library." but the music won't sync on my phone

Music sync issues with Itunes 12.12.7.1 I'm having difficulty transferring new songs to my Iphone no matter how many times I sync. I even went into the "Summary -> Music" settings for my phone within Itunes and quickly noticed that the "Sync Music" to select/deselect music box is no longer there and now replaced with "iCloud Music Library is On". Has anybody else encountered this issue and what can be done to transfer my music to my phone?

cant sync itunes because of apple music? hello all i recently tried adding some music from my PC to the iphone for the first time, yes i know but i use apple music for everything so ive never had to sync it with my PC before. I plugged in my 7+ and it says cannot sync because icloud music is on, so i go in the phone turn it off in the settings and add my music. I also turned on sync over wifi. Now i still have music in itunes it wont send over to the phone, and when i try to sync it it just says syncing device for a split second and then nothing happens. Is this normal? do i have to manually turn off icloud music before i sync from my PC? this is the biggest PITA Ive ever had to deal with. Thank you apple for over complicating something simple as always.

no music sync option in itunes I havent been doing this for a long time, I dont have an option to sync music from my pc (stuff not available in apple music) to my iphone. I tried marking "sync icloud library"and UNmarking it also, checked setting on both devices, I somehow managed to see new music on my phone, but then it says its not synced (what?). The only answer I found is that you cant sync music to internal phone storage when you're subscribed to apple music, but I cant use my icloud library either. Why is it so complicated? For 10 years it only took me 2 buttons, now i have to figure out if i may sync it via wifi or usb, or if i have library checked on both computer and phome and basically dance around with a tambourine and weep.
