Purchased movies in iTunes lost after the region change

I moved from Dubai to Canada. I lost all of my movies that I purchased in Dubai during the process of the region change. To make it worse, the movies I lost were found available in the iTunes, Canada, but required to be purchased again.

Is there any way to retrieve the lost movies from my library?

If you mean redownloading them, no. Do you not have copies of all of them in your backup of your downloads/computer ?
