Purchased movies in iTunes lost after the region change

I moved from Dubai to Canada. I lost all of my movies that I purchased in Dubai during the process of the region change. To make it worse, the movies I lost were found available in the iTunes, Canada, but required to be purchased again.

Is there any way to retrieve the lost movies from my library?
