TV Provider in settings

I signed out of TV Provider in the iPhone settings and cannot log back in I am getting an error. “An unexpected error has occured. Please try again. Code: -1”. I am trying to sign in with playstation vue account. Has anyone seen this issue and does anyone have a fix please? I tried restarting iPhone and also deleted TV app and reinstalled as suggested and no luck. Thank you.
