Unknown item apple-scc-20180507-114911 in System Preferences/Users&Groups/Login Items

What does a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark mean in MacBook Pro in System Preferences/Users&Groups/Login Items next to "Unknown" item apple-scc-20180507-114911? And what does apple-scc-20180507-114911 stand for? I am wary of discarding item apple-scc-20180507-114911 in case it is needed for the functioning of the system.

Hello Peter,

The yellow warning sign means that the login item can no longer be found, most likely because the application was deleted or moved after it was added to the login items.

It is safe to remove it from Login Items, that doesn't delete anything, just won't try to launch it at login. :)

No idea what it means, on 10.13.6 In have no files with apple-scc- in it.
