Since the Update on my MacBook Pro 15 - 2019. True tone switches several Times a Minute.
Looks like I'm not alone.
Could you please check that?

I just had a chat with Apple Support on this. It was not yet a known problem for them, but they advised me to perform a NVRAM/PRAM reset: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063
After this procedure the True Tone switches and flickering are gone on my system (it's 15 minutes since performing the procedure, so I guess time will tell, but looking good so far..)

Does anyone know if is there a way to return the version before 10.14.6?
I could wait on that version until this issue is fixed.
Sure, use your backup to restore to the day before you updated.
I don’t have any backup for my computer.
I only backup my project files.
Could I reinstall specific version of MacOS?
I installed the Catalina GM yesterday, and I hate to report, that I'm still having this issue 😡
Just installed Catalina and there is no change, the True Tone still flickers...
I have been having this issue as well. Very disappointed to hear that Catalina isn't fixing it. Hope Apple pays attention to this thread and gets technicians working on a solution. VERY UNHAPPY.

issue still not fixed. With apple, the pitch is "no news is bad news"
I still have this issue across all my laptops. It's been introduced in 10.14.6 and never gone since then. Extremely annoying.
Has anybody that has talked to Support shown them this thread?
Is there a way to send it to them? Not sure they even pay attention to these forums, honestly, but one can dream. 🤦🏻♂️😞
