iPad keyboard keeps changing language (New IPad 11)

Been having this issue for a while now,

Apple keyboard keeps switching languages frequently,

without my consent......

Please support,

Languages can also be changed by hitting Control plus Space. Is it possible you are hitting this (or one of the others) by accident?

This is the on-screen keyboard ? Do you have multiple keyboards set up in Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards, and are touching the globe icon on the keyboard to switch between them ?

Im using apple external keyboard that comes 2in1 (case + keyboard)

I do have multi languages keyboards enabled,

When I intend to switch between my languages, I either click on the glob icon key OR the caps lock key (which also switch between languages)

,

I even experienced this problem again just now while replying to your comment, it switched to Arabic keyboard even though I do not use the Arabic keyboard on the iPad a lot.......
