I noticed a few months ago that when I travel overseas, my HomeKit automations based on sunrise/sunset stop working correctly: they seem to trigger at sunrise/sunset in the local timezone of the place I’m at, not my home. Anyone else seen this? Is this a misconfiguration on my part or some bug?
I use an Apple TV 4 gen, an Apple TV 4K and a HomePod as my HomeKit hubs if that matters.

I see that, while you're traveling overseas, your HomePod responds to the sunrise and sunset of where you're located instead of the timezone it's in. I recommend contacting Apple Support.

I don't have a solution but this problem did not happen to me last month when I was overseas. My lights still came on at sunset at home when I was in very different time zone. Hopefully the latest iOS updates have not ruined things.
HomeKit automations: sunrise/sunset timezone follows my iPhone, not the local timezone of my HomeKit hubs
