Anyone else having their Dolby Vision content in iTunes and Netflix display distorted during certain scenes throughout movies.
Turning Match Content off, fixes it but it also removes the Dolby Vision, and only plays in HDR. Worked fine before the 12.4 update. I even spent the money on new Belkin HDMI cables (Belkin UltraHD 8K HDMI 2.1 Cables), from the apple store which did not help.

Same issue on 2019 TCL 6 series 55R625 TV.
Just looked at Lost In Space on mine and it’s terrible for me too. So have we yet established whether the fault lies with Apple TV or our TVs?
Yeah I paused the movie (it was actually an episode of The Morning Show).
I don’t remember exactly, but I think it ran the DV test once per HDMI socket.
Is it possible that all we are doing by unplugging the cable is switching off DV on the TV then when we plug back in we are looking at HDR ?

Some of us have the same picture problem with certain titles on Netflix too (Lost In Space S1) but this is still when using an Apple TV 4K.
Just pointing out that it's not limited to Apple content.
Are many of us having the same issue with new model 2019 TVs and not just 2016 - 2018 models so it’s not just outdated DV chips or screen capabilities?

I’m also having this issue on a similar 2019 Philips TV - smaller version of one above 43PUS7334
But is this playing as Dolby Vision playing it that way?
Just purchased Terminator: Dark Fate on iTunes for $20, and this is still happening.
Yes I have this issue too. Only certain scenes, and it is repeatable. Daredevil season 3 on Netflix is particularly bad. Try watching the first minute of season 3 episode 3
