How do I use my Slingbox App (32 bit) on my MacBook Air Mojave OS after the next update in September?
Agreed! And these is ZERO support from them. I know the app won't work but there is not reason the web can't. Very bummed. Probably 1 of 100 folks that actually use this, and now I am left holding the bag. The other solutions don't work for me.
It will always be allowed on Mojave. Don't upgrade to Catalina.
I upgraded. Sling for web won't work in ANY browser now. Great. Also, before the update it was cutting out every 15 minutes.
So there is no way to use the browser? I noticed the Slingbox app on my mac had a circle with a line through it.
Why doesn't it work any more? Can somebody put in non-tech terms? i thought it was pushing out in 64 bit anyways?
What about the web "app"? is this not working because or java or 32 vs 64 bit?
I'm not sure why the web app doesn't work. I assumed the web app didn't work because it was a 32-bit app. It showed in the Finder with a slashed circle.
32 bit. Nothing 32 bit will run on the new IOS
Why on the reddit post are they saying to use Chrome? So this isn't a Java thing?
Most say it won’t with Chrome either. So far the only solution has been to not do the update, which is what I have done.
