My 2019 13" MacBook Peo just turn off and don't start again when I open it. Usually it happens between 30 and 40% battery level.
It's brand new, I have never charged it since I opened it.
It start again when I connect it to the charger.
Whats the solution?

Well you could've taken it back to the Apple store (since it's only 1 day old...smh) or whichever store you purchased it and got an exchange instead of coming here just to tell us that. Continually seeing only members with new accounts coming here to put a negative spin on Apple. Never asking for help, just ranting.
im not trying to say negative things about apple I actually got great support from them via chat, the problem is I bought it in the us and left to my country where there is no apple store and the only post I could find with my same problem was this one, I actually need help. sorry if you can't provide it.
Guys, why do you think I’m kidding? Yeah I tried everything, I took it back to Apple, they said it was a factory problem, they exchanged the device. Next time I had the same problem, I bought a new one, and I had the same problem 3 times in a row.
I read about this problem, I found many different topics about it, shut off at XX%...
I have to say I’m an apple fan, I have lots of devices, I like them. And my friend you’re very smart... You searched for my name and found that I’m a troll... impressive...
I bought my macbook pro 13 touch bar on friday.
It was turning off at 55% so i went to store and got replaced with a brand new one and now with this one its happening again on 44%.
I have tried everythng from this and other threads but problem doesnt seems to resolve. Any tips?
So guys, I've given back 4 MacBook Pros to my local Apple reseller. Then, I bought another one. It had the same problem,
I thought there's no solution. I just tried to charge it to 100%, then I used and it wasn't turn off, it was OK. Then I fully discharged it to 0% to turn off and it was OK, I didn't had the turn off problem... Since then I'm using it for 7 days, I charged it 5 times, and it works OK.
Thats the problem. (Im Hungarian, it means to service the battery)
charge it to 100%. remove the charger, use up the battery completely (until the macbook switches off). recharge to 100%.
do this 3 times.
Is it solve the problem?
Other says it is not useful for the battery to use up until it turns off.
It should work as expected right out of the box.
But I have already changed it to a new one and it does the same.
Then you may have gotten two lemons in a row. If you swap it in an Apple Store, test the new one in the store before bringing it home.
It was 100% charged when I opened it.
Then I used it, then it turned off at 36%.
do as i said. check whether the behaviour persists or not.

What do you mean, I dont have to run it down to 30%? Start charging earlier?
So what do you think? Is it another problematic device in a row? Or maybe it was a once in a life time problem? Now, I've recharged it, I have 93% battery after working an hour.
