My 2019 13" MacBook Peo just turn off and don't start again when I open it. Usually it happens between 30 and 40% battery level.
It's brand new, I have never charged it since I opened it.
It start again when I connect it to the charger.
Whats the solution?

What do you mean, I dont have to run it down to 30%? Start charging earlier?
So what do you think? Is it another problematic device in a row? Or maybe it was a once in a life time problem? Now, I've recharged it, I have 93% battery after working an hour.
I did the SMC reset and I did everything that Apple website told me, there were no running apps, but the Mac suddenly turned off at 35% and I cant start it.
What do you think guys?
So, I brought it back to Apple. I bought a new one in another APR in my city and it does the same, now at 48%, then 0%, says bring it to service.

I did everything you told me guys. It’s my 3rd MacBook. It says to service the battery then it goes to 65% and doesnt say problem...
Wow that's odd. Never heard of this issue from anyone. Since it's your 3rd machine at this point it's perhaps best that you just get a refund and try a different brand of laptop.
In my opinion it can't help. Now, I'm using the Mac for about 1,5 hour and it's still 100%... What? And another problem: It's really hot, really hot 🥵
You don't understand me. I know that you would like to help. But, I'm more than frustrated. I bought an expensive Apple machine. I wouldn't like to "home service", I wouldn't like to have problems...

Hello! I don’t think this guy is kidding, my new MAC is 1 day old and I have the SAME EXACT problem, only difference is that the computer shuts down at 73%

No. It's not necessary to drain the battery before recharging like older batteries in the past. You can use it for 10 minutes on battery and charge it back up. I would say at the very most you can drain it to 30% once a month for conditioning, but again not necessary.
