You have to set your iPhone región setting to USA for wallet to work. Puerto Rico as región will not work. This has happened to many.
Well, I bit the bullet. Got submitted/approved around the 4th/5th of the month. Hit accept earlier today (the 9th) and it set itself up automatically in a snap. And 1-2 hours after, got the notice of a HARD inquiry. So there’s that. Maybe I didn’t let it rest enough.
Crossing fingers they begin reporting as well so at least that extra $6,000 in credit help offset Greg credit usage ratio.
Got some news. After 3 months of account creation, Goldman Sachs begins to report the card to credit bureaus . Mine was just reported today (December 4) to TransUnion for now. Nothing on Equifax or Experian yet and no hard inquiry so far. Will keep you posted!
We need apple pay.
The Apple Card is available for residents of Puerto Rico. You can put your address in the application like any other state. I live in PR and I have the Apple Card.
Go to Wallet and press the plus (+) symbol and after that select Apple Card. Your region under iPhone settings must be United States. You must have your software updated too.
I used to have my cards set for Apple Pay (Amex and Discover) but its not available anymore. I try to setup on my new Iphone, and its not working.
Thanks!
