Not all rendered files are getting deleted.

A) When I delete all, including , when I look show content, proxy optimized only the High Quality Media files are getting deleted. The Peaks Data and Thumbnail Media are still there, and there are over 3,000 files in each. Amazing, because I have only one event and one project files that is 3.5 minutes long.

Do I need them, if I am still keeping the library.

B) I have 3 slow motion clips, 5 sec each, and I noticed a size 35GB of Optical Flow in the Analysis Files, which also not getting deleted. So if the project is finished do I need these files and how do I delete them from inside FCPX?

I don't think there is a way to delete the analysis files from inside FCP X.

Close the library in FCP X, then in the Finder control-click, Show Package Contents, and drag the "Analysis Files" folder to the trash.

In my the option deleting optical flow files in FCPX in deleting generated library files menu should be added. It would save a lot of time to find the reason why the library is huge, and delete it manually. Why is this feature important, because lets say I am using optical flow, and then I change my mind, like I did in my latest project. After finishing 5 minutes video project, I noticed that my library is huge. 75GB!!!

I thought it was rendered and optimized files, that it was not the case. So looking into Package content I noticed that the optical flow folder was 72GB, in spite that I no longer was using optical flow.

I spoke to the senior advisor and he agreed with me that it would be a great feature to add. He suggested to report to the development team, which I normally do, and unfortunately so far did not get an answer.
