Missing pop3 email sent folder at IOS13

That’s fine but what about your drafts folder. I bet it’s empty. Try composing an email and exit and save for later. You’ll find it disappears and your drafts folder will be empty. Let me know.

Is there any fixes yet for this? Or should we have to delete and reset the email account?

Same problem in general & in specific re accidentally deleting email. This is a HUGE problem for me. I rely on POP & ios 13/my brand new iPhone 11pro have created a big problem for me and my ability to work on the go...which is a lot!

I have tried all the suggestions but the only folder I can see now it's trash bin. No sent folder and draft are not saved. Tried to recreate the account and I spent sometime to send new emails and try everything. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I can see the Sent (All) folder but not the single folders under each POP3 account.

EDIT2: Strangely enough, after sending an email from a POP3 account the email sent goes into the All Sent folder. As soon as you close and reopen the mail app, the sent email is gone. Frustrating.

I have inbox drafts sent and bin. They all seem to work except the drafts folder remains empty even though a I try and save a draft. It is very very frustrating. I hope Apple read this forum from time to time and act on its contents as a matter of priority.

It doesn't make any sense. Why should a folder reappear with time? It must be something else.

Why sent mails go into the Sent All folder and disappear after closing and reopening the app? Why, if you send another mail, they all reappear in the Sent All folder and again disappear when you close and reopen the app?

This is total nonsense, so it might be that "wait" - as it is nonsense - could be the answer. But, sorry, I doubt it.

Just to be clear: I have the trash bin but not sent and draft are not saved into the draft folder (which appears when you write an email and disappear when you have sent it)

Sorry. 13.1 doesn't do the job on iPhone 11ProMax. Just the inbox shows, except for gmail, where all the folders are there, as they were in iOS 13.0. I tried shutting down and restarting the phone, but no luck.

Interesting, there is no response from Apple.

I work for a web hosting provider on the customer support desk and am aware of at least 2 instances of this. Both upgraded to iOS 13.

I appreciate the 2 our of thousands of customer is not many, but the scenario explained by the 2 clients was almost identical.

Can anyone advise of a place to submit this bug report to? Or is it a case of just calling them?

My pop3 account is almost functional.

I have inbox, sent, trash, & draft folders, but like most people, anything I save as a draft disappears into the ether. I would think it would at least make it to the “all drafts” folder since all my sent or deleted emails were going to their respective “all” folders pre-13.1.1.

I have also noticed something odd that Im not sure anyone else has experienced: I’m out of town & if I use my hotel’s wifi I get a message that I have wrong pop settings or password etc & stop receiving mail until I sign into gmail via browser (but no emails from gmail re: security of my account; just notice at bottom of inbox re problem with pop settings despite fact I hadn’t changed them). The majority of the time this happened was over night & its not a system that you have to sign into regularly so I’m not losing the wifi connection...only my patience! I turned off wifi 2 days ago & no problems since, so crisis averted but problem most definitely not solved.

Also, are you guys having also the mail search issues? If I try to search an email by contact I can’t find it, but, if I search emails by VIP or FLAGGED the same contact emails show up.

I have had THREE senior advisers look at my problem. All took logs off my phone and all promised to come back to me once Apple Engineers had found a solution. As of now, no one has contacted me!

I have also left DETAILED feedback on the official Apple feedback website (I’m told that Apple do read this from time to time).

Whilst I appreciate and understand your answer about POP not supported, this answer is just not true. It seems the Apple employee you spoke with needs to squat up on their knowledge. The screenshot below proves they do support POP.
