When I'm trying to delete an email out of the Mail app it looks like it is deleting, but then doesn't delete

When I'm trying to delete an email out of the Mail app (specifically a "live/Hotmail" account) in iOS 13, it looks like it is deleting, but then doesn't delete. I have to press the delete button again for it to actually delete. Anyone else having issues with this? I deleted and re-added the affected account, but it still does it.

I have the latest update and this problem is not 100% fixed. It seems for the most part that I no longer need to double delete everything. It also seems for the most part that sent messages no longer appear twice in my “sent” folders, although they still do for messages sent before the update. However when I’m just using the arrow to scroll down through newly received messages it still shows every message twice. They don’t appear twice in my inbox, but if I am in a newly received messages and click the arrow to go to the next one it shows me the same message again. To sum up, if I have opened a new message and am using the arrow to scroll down through my new messages it shows each one twice. Annoying.

Agree 100% not fixed still

face issues with the iOS mail badge stating new emails recieved when you open the mail app no new emails shown until a manual refresh. I Told my Apple support agent yesterday I will no longer be assisting with troubleshooting on my device, why should I waste my time? I don’t get paid a Apple wage and the issues have gone on so

long now it’s beyond a joke. I have got used to the new way the mail app works Or doesn’t work. Leaving this page also RIP

The new update seems to have fixed most issues but just on my ipad I occasionally have one or two emails in my bin that do not delete unless I delete from the ipad. So I delete from my iphone or my desktop say 10 emails in my bin. All delete on iphone and desktop but on my ipad only 8 may delete. However if I delete all 10 from my ipad then all ten delete on my iphone and desktop. So it appears it is only my ipad (6 month old 12.9 - 3rd Generation cost me a mint) that always has some issue. I have not done a hard restart since the last IOS 13 update last Friday so will try that later tonight. If that is my only issue to delete a couple of emails manually then I can live with it. I am running hotmail via exchange server on both devices. Hope that helps.
